Begin by browsing our unique collection of merchandise. When you see something you like, click the "Buy It!" button. All the items will be kept together until you're ready to check-out. You can review the items in your shopping cart by clicking the "Shopping Cart" link on every page. You can add or remove items from your cart at any time. Nothing will be billed to your account until you have completed the check out process and we have shipped the goods from our warehouse. All items shown are in stock. If something is not in stock, then we reserve the right to E-Mail you on the status.



Please fill out the first online invoice page with the correct shipping address…all w/o filling in the billing address or entering credit card information… to receive real time data on total charges including the s&h charges. PETGUYS.com calculates the shipping & handling charges utilizing the UPS shipping calculator. Some items may be considered an “Oversize” issue for the shipping carriers, thus, the higher s&h charges. SHIPPING POLICY



PETGUYS.com will ship anywhere with a USA address (no international orders at this time). The following conditions apply (no exceptions):



  1. UPS Ground – All orders to the Continental USA only. Usually takes 2-6 business days in transit (excludes weekends) from the date it leaves our distribution center to arrive to the shipping address.


  1. UPS 3 Day Select – All orders to the Continental USA only. Usually takes within 3 business days in transit (excludes weekends) from the date it leaves our distribution center to arrive to the shipping address.


Note: UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please select USPS Priority Mail for orders shipping to P.O. Boxes.



  1. USPS Priority Mail – IMPORTANT: PETGUYS.com only ships Priority Mail packages Tuesdays to Fridays. We do not ship out Priority Mail packages on Mondays. All orders including GU, PR, VI, HI, AK & APO/FPO. ESTIMATED delivery times are 3-5 business days (including Saturdays) from the date it leaves our distribution center to arrive to the shipping address, but delivery times are NOT guaranteed by USPS or PETGUYS.com. APO/FPO shipments may take longer due to heightened security measures. For guaranteed 3 day delivery, please select UPS 3Day Select shipping method.


  1. UPS will deliver packages up to 150 pounds, while we only take orders via USPS Priority Mail up to 70 pounds. If the shipping-weight exceeds the limit, then we will E-Mail you the correct s&h charge for your final approval.


CANCELLATIONS OR CORRECTIONS



  1. If you need to cancel an order, then do so immediately. Once it leaves our distribution center, then you will have to send it back to us at your expense. Please DO NOT refuse the delivery when it arrives. UPS charges PETGUYS.com for the refused shipment to ship it back to us. Therefore, if you refuse the package, then we will deduct the return shipping cost off your credit for the merchandise. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.


  1. Please E-Mail us immediately on any order corrections. Once the order is processed and shipped, we are unable to change it.

Please call us at our normal business hours to place your order. We do not accept mail-in orders at this time.



PAYMENT TERMS



We accept these major credit cards only: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER & OPTIMA. We look forward to accepting other credit cards, personal checks, and money orders in the near future. You can safely enter your credit card number via Yahoo! secure servers, which encrypts all submitted information.



SALES TAX



All orders shipped to a California address will be charged an 8.75% sales tax. We do not accept CA Tax Exempt orders at this time.



RETURNS & EXCHANGES



If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product, simply return it within 30 days to PETGUYS.com for an exchange or refund (medications such as Frontline, Advantage and Advantix are not returnable). We will replace or refund 100% of the purchase price (Note: original shipping charges are non-refundable) by crediting your credit card only. Once the 30 days have passed, then you must follow the manufacturer’s policy. All exchanges for defects are based on the original order date, ragardless of when replacement product was received. Exchanges for defects after your 30 day order date must be returned back to the manufacturer for replacement. If the item does not work to your expectations, you may return it for a refund, but there are no refunds on the original shipping or return shipping. If the item is defective, we will gladly exchange the product for you at our expense. All we ask is that you follow the requirements for any returns to PETGUYS.com:



  1. Notify PETGUYS.com via “E-Mail Only” to obtain a return authorization number (RAN#). Please no telephone calls for receiving this RAN# because we can document the date & time efficiently with the E-Mail system. If you do not obtain a RAN#, then we will not process any returns or exchanges.


  1. Write the RAN# clearly on any side of the shipping carton. If the product was shipped to you in its original packaging box (not a brown box) please write the RAN on the shipping label. This way it does not deface the merchandise packaging.


  1. All returned merchandise must be in original unaltered condition with all manufactured accessories. Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount. All warranty cards must be left blank. Original merchandise box must not be defaced or altered in any way.


  1. Include a copy of your original E-Invoice (E-Mail invoice is fine too) with a short explanation on the return…and request a refund or exchange. It is fine if you do not have a copy of your invoice, as long as the RAN# is clearly written on the box.


  1. Purchaser is responsible for shipping to our returns department at: PETGUYS.com Returns, 3535 Hollis Street, Building B, Emeryville CA, 94608. You must choose a shipping carrier utilizing a package tracking method for proof of delivery. If shipping by US Postal Service, please add Delivery Confirmation to the package. We are not responsible for lost returns if you do not utilize a delivery tracking system. PETGUYS.com will refuse any returns sent C.O.D.


  1. PETGUYS.com will pay the return shipping (we reserve the right to calculate the costs if we deem fit) on any defective merchandise received by the customer. We will gladly ship an exchange at our expense for defective merchandise but if a refund is requested, only the return shipping is refunded, if applicable. Original shipping cost is not refundable. Merchandise initially returned as defective, whose defect cannot be verified, will incur a minimum 15% restocking charge as well as a shipping & handling charge for replacement shipment.


  1. During certain circumstances, Petguys.com will send out replacements for defective items or mis-shipped items before the original has been returned back to us. Please note that Petguys.com reserves the right to charge you for the defective or mis-shipped items if they are not returned back to us within 4 weeks after the replacement was sent.


  1. Credit for returns are normally processed within 10 business days from the date we receive the merchandise and posted to the appropriate credit card account.


PRICING & ERRORS



PETGUYS.com reserves the right to update our pricing at anytime. Usually, the prices fall, but sometimes we have to increase prices too. PETGUYS.com will do its best to prevent errors. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors at any time. Moreover, we do not accept manufacturer's coupons at this time.
